Sunset at the Roaches ridge, looking towards the Cheshire Plains.

The Roaches is a beautiful gritstone ridge, covered in heather and lots of cool rock formations due to erosion.
I spent 3 hours scoping out the ridge for an ideal spot for the sunset to light it up. I found this spot with what appears to be a rocky giant enjoying the view (sure you can see it, look for the nose!) and set up, waiting an hour for a few precious minutes when the sun sat between the clouds and the horizon.
